These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Chainlog's website, dashboard, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and workspace.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with system operations, or distributing malicious code.
3. Customer Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (such as changelog entries, images, and metadata). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
4. Fees and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Chainlog and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or use the Service in ways that could harm others or our platform.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chainlog will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the date above and may provide additional notice in the Service.
